Kitchen appliances and utensils
- oven or microwave
 - mixer,
 - parchment paper
 - big bowl,
 - silicone spatula
 - blender
 - confectionery bag with nozzle "Open star",
 - tray or baking sheet or wire rack
 - bucket with a thick bottom.

Ingredients
- Apples (Antonovka, Semerenko) medium size - 4 pcs.
 - Sugar - 0.5 kg
 - Water - 150 ml
 - Agar Agar - 8 g
 - Chicken egg (protein) - 1 pc.
 - Icing sugar - 200 g

Step cooking
- Wash average apples of Antonovka or Semerenko variety (4 pieces) and bake in the oven or microwave. Peel the baked apples from the peel and core, and use a blender to grind in mashed potatoes. Boil the mashed potatoes on the stove until a thick consistency.

 - Agar-agar (8 grams) pre-fill with water (150 ml) at room temperature and leave to swell.

 - Place the swollen agar-agar on a stove and bring it almost to a boil so that it completely dissolves. Pour sugar (0.5 kg) into a container with dissolved agar-agar and mix. Boil the syrup over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until a “thick string” is formed. This means that a thick stream should drain from the scapula raised from the syrup. When the syrup reaches the desired consistency, remove it from the stove and let cool slightly.

 - While the syrup is being boiled, put applesauce in the bowl of the mixer and beat in egg white (1 piece). Beat the mass with a mixer first at low speeds, and then at maximum until a thick, lush white mass is obtained.

 - Pour slightly cooled syrup with agar-agar onto the wall of the mixer bowl with a thin stream, without ceasing to whisk. When the mass increases and becomes light and airy, transfer it to a pastry bag.

 - Put the marshmallows on previously prepared and necessarily covered with parchment paper surfaces. It can be grids, baking sheets, trays or a work surface.

 - Leave the marshmallows to solidify at room temperature for 12 hours. After the time has passed, use a knife to carefully remove the marshmallows from parchment paper and glue the halves together. Home-made marshmallows are ready.

Decoration and serving options
