- Half-fill the deep container with cold running water, and then put 150 g of frozen broccoli into it. Leave the cabbage in this form for at least 10-15 minutes.

- We peel one small or half of the medium onion. Then grind the product with a sharp knife into small cubes.

- Peel the medium-sized carrots, then wash and cut into thin strips.

- Remove the core and seeds from half of the bell pepper, then cut it into medium squares or straws. Fans of this product can use a whole vegetable in the salad.

- Meanwhile, broccoli melted and reached the desired consistency. Cut each piece into two equal parts. If your cabbage is too large, then divide it into four parts.

Cooking vegetables
- Pour 20-30 ml of vegetable oil into a hot pan and wait until it is very hot. We spread the chopped onions on the hot oil, then fry it until transparency appears.

- We send the carrots chopped into strips there, stir the vegetables well.

- Reduce the heat to medium, cover the pan with a lid and simmer the vegetable mass for 2-3 minutes.

- After this period, add 50 g of frozen green peas and 80 g of frozen green beans to vegetables.

- We thoroughly mix the components and pour 30-40 ml of bottled water there.

- Return the lid to its place and simmer the ingredients for 3-4 minutes.

- After this time, add chopped bell pepper and broccoli to the stewed vegetables.

- Salt and pepper the vegetable dish according to your own taste. If desired, you can optionally add any other spices.

- We cover the pan with a lid and simmer the vegetables for at least 5 minutes until they reach the desired softness and full readiness.

- We shift the dish onto a plate and serve it hot or warm.
