- Wheat flour - 130 g
 - Chicken eggs - 5 pcs.
 - Sour cream - 200 g
 - Soda - 1 tsp.
 - Mayonnaise - 100 g
 - Onions - 115 g
 - Sardines - 270 g
 - Vegetable oil (for frying) - 2-3 tbsp. l
 
Step cooking
- First you need to boil hard-boiled two chicken eggs for the filling. To do this, put them in boiling water and cook for about 8-10 minutes. Then immediately transfer to a container with cold water. So it will be easier to remove the shell from them. Next, peel the medium-sized onion from the husk and cut it into small cubes.

 - We put the pan on the stove, grease it with a small amount of vegetable oil and warm it well.

 - Put the finely chopped onion in a preheated pan and fry until golden, stirring occasionally with a spatula.

 - Put canned sardines in a deep container, after draining the oil from them. If you are not using fillets, you must first remove all the bones from the fish.

 - Next, peel the boiled eggs and finely chop them. This can be done manually or using conventional egg slicing.

 - Add the chopped eggs to the fish and slightly knead with a fork. Next, add the fried onions and mix. The filling is ready.

 - After that, we proceed to preparing the dough for the jellied cake. To do this, put 200 g of sour cream in a deep bowl and add 1 tsp to it. soda. Mix. Soda will be extinguished, and the mass will become magnificent.

 - Next, add mayonnaise to sour cream and drive 3 chicken eggs. Mix thoroughly until smooth with a whisk.

 - Then pour the sifted flour into the resulting mass and mix until all the lumps disappear.

 - Lubricate the baking dish with a small amount of vegetable oil and pour half of the dough into it.

 - Gently spread the filling on top of the dough and level it on the surface, and then fill it with the remaining dough.

 - Preheat the oven to 230 degrees. Put the mold in a preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.

 - We cut the finished cake and serve it hot or cold. Enjoy your meal.
