Step cooking
Cooking dough
- Melt 100 g butter. This can be done in a water bath or in the microwave.

 - In a deep bowl, beat 3 eggs, beat with a fork until the protein combines with the yolk.

 - Add melted butter to the eggs, mix.

 - Add 200 g of sour cream here, mix. I used 15% fat, but you can take any one of your choice. The main thing that sour cream was fresh, had the appropriate taste.

 - Add a teaspoon without a hill of salt, 1 sachet (8-10 g) of baking powder, mix everything. You can mix with a fork, spoon, blender or whisk, this is according to your desire.

 - Sift 150 g of flour through a sieve, add it in parts to the mass, mix the dough after each portion of the flour to obtain a homogeneous mass as a result.

 - The dough will turn out liquidish, that’s exactly what we need.

 
Cooking toppings
- For the filling, we need 400 g of boiled meat. It is recommended to boil it the day before in salted water, cool. You can use any meat at your discretion. I used lean pork. Cut the meat into small pieces. If you wish, you can add some salt and pepper.

 - In half a bunch of green onions and cilantro, rinse under running water, dry, chop finely. Instead of cilantro you can use any other greens.

 - Peel, wash large bulb with running water, cut into small cubes.

 - Rinse the bell pepper, remove the stalk and seeds, cut into small cubes.

 
Forming and baking a pie
- Take a suitable, one-piece form. I used a mold measuring 20 * 27 cm. You can grease it with butter or use a dry one, as I did, this dough does not stick to the mold. Pour half the dough to the bottom of the mold, distribute evenly over the entire surface.

 - Then lay the meat in an even layer, sprinkle with chopped onions on top, then bell pepper, herbs. Smooth the filling evenly over the surface, pressing a little.

 - Then pour the rest of the dough, smooth it evenly on the surface. This will be convenient to do with a silicone spatula or fork.

 - Put the pie in the oven, bake at a temperature of 180 degrees 40-50 minutes. Let the finished cake cool, cut into portions. Serve as a completely independent dish.
