Step cooking
Cream
- To prepare the cream, take a large bowl, put 100 g of white chocolate in it and place in a water bath.

- When the chocolate melts, add to it 100 g of soft butter at room temperature, mix.

- Then add 200 g of condensed milk and 30 g of coconut.

- Mix everything well until smooth, cover with cling film and put the cream in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Dough
- For the test, bring 250 g of soft butter to a liquid in a water bath. Do not wait until all the butter has melted, half will be enough, the rest will disperse when mixed. Oil should not be hot.

- Beat two eggs with 0.5 stack. sugar, ¼ tsp. salt and combine with melted butter.

- One cup pre-sifted through a sieve, add flour to liquid ingredients in small portions. It should turn out to be a fairly liquid dough.

- Pour 1 tbsp onto a hot dry frying pan. l vegetable oil.

- Spread the dough in a pan with a tablespoon, distributing it like pancake dough, or helping with a spoon. Try to make pancakes of the same thickness without strong thickenings and influxes of dough.

- Bake each pancake on both sides until rosy.

- Roll the finished pancake into the tube while it is still hot.

- About 8-10 tubes are obtained from this amount of dough.

- Allow the tubes to cool and fill them with previously prepared cream. Garnish the straws with the remaining 20 g of coconut. To do this, lower the edges of the tubes into the cream, and then into the chips. The tubes are ready, bon appetit.

Cooking Tips
- The tubes can be made chocolate by adding 1 tbsp to the dough. l cocoa powder, replacing them with the total mass of flour.
- The cream can be made on the basis of milk or dark chocolate.
- For these tubes, you can use absolutely any thick cream of your choice. For example, creamy, protein, or boiled condensed milk with butter.
- Coconut flakes can be replaced with chopped nuts. To do this, dry any nuts (walnuts, peanuts, hazelnuts) in a frying pan or oven and grind them with a blender or using a rolling pin.
- Fill the tubes with a spoon or with a pastry bag.
