Step cooking
- Soften 200 g butter in advance at room temperature. Also ½ cup raisins pour boiling water in a plate so that it swells. Cut the butter into medium slices and place in a mixer bowl or deep bowl. Pour 250 g of sugar into the butter. Mix the butter and sugar with a mixer at medium speed until a homogeneous thick mass.

- In turn, add 4 chicken eggs to the bowl and beat with a mixer.

- Then add 400 g of cottage cheese to the butter-egg mixture and mix everything well with a mixer until smooth. Optionally add some vanillin.

- Sift 1 cup of wheat flour into the mixer bowl.

- In a tablespoon, extinguish 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. apple or regular table vinegar, and immediately add to all the ingredients in the bowl. Gently stir everything with a spoon, and then beat with a mixer until smooth.

- Sift another 1 cup of flour into the mixer bowl and gently mix first with a spoon, and then with the mixer so that there are no lumps, and you get a dough. Sift another ½ cup flour and mix well.

- Drain the raisins and dry them on a paper or kitchen towel.

- Then pour in a plastic bag, add to it 1 tbsp. l flour and roll well raisins in it, so that later it is evenly distributed in the dough. Pour the prepared raisins into the dough and mix well with a spoon.

- Lubricate the multicooker bowl well with vegetable oil using a silicone brush. Then place the curd dough in it and evenly distribute it over the bowl.

- Turn on the “Baking” mode and set the time for baking to 1 hour 20 minutes. After this time, check the cupcake for preparedness with a wooden toothpick.

- Then take out the bowl and turn the cupcake on a plate, and then place it back in the bowl so that the top is also browned. Select the "Multi-cook" mode for 5 minutes. If your multicooker does not have such a function, then select “Fry” for 3 minutes or “Baking” for 5 minutes.

- When ready, remove the cupcake from the multicooker and place on a dish. While the cupcake is cooling, prepare a sour cream. To do this, put in the mixer bowl 4 tbsp. l with a slice of sour cream and add 4 tbsp. l Sahara. Beat well with a mixer until smooth to completely dissolve the sugar.

- Cut the curd cake into 2 cakes.

- Remove the top cake and lightly grease it from the inside with cream, and generously grease the bottom with sour cream.

- Then combine the cakes and on top also coat the cupcake with sour cream.

- To decorate, chop some nuts of your choice and sprinkle them on a cupcake. You can also cut the grapes in half and put it on top. You can decorate pastries to your liking.
