Ingredients

Step cooking
- Wash the turkey fillet and cut into arbitrary pieces.

 - Pass half the meat through a meat grinder.

 - Finely chop 1 onion and send it to a frying pan, drizzled with 100 ml of vegetable oil. After 3 minutes, remove the onion from the fire and twist it through a meat grinder along with the remaining turkey fillet.

 - Add to the forcemeat 1 tbsp. l salt, black pepper to taste and 1 tsp. soy sauce. Mix well.

 - Pour 50 ml of cream there and knead the minced meat again.

 - Hard cheese weighing 150 g is cut into medium-sized cubes.

 - Pour 100 g of vermicelli to the bottom of the ceramic container.

 - We put the oven to heat up to 220 degrees. We wet our hands in water and begin to form meatballs from minced meat, in the center of which we put 1 cube of hard cheese.

 - Put the finished balls in a container on top of the vermicelli.

 - Pour 150 ml of cream into a separate bowl, add 1/3 tbsp to them. l adjika and 0.5 tbsp. l salt. Mix everything and fill in the meatballs with the resulting liquid.

 - Pour 100 ml of water into the container.

 - We send meatballs to the preheated oven for 15 minutes.

 - We take out the finished dish, arrange it on plates and can serve.

 
The meatballs prepared according to this recipe are incredibly tender and have a creamy taste. The melted cheese gives them even more piquancy, and the noodles soaked in sauce serve as a side dish that perfectly sets off the taste of meatballs.
Useful Tips
The following recommendations will make your meatballs even tastier and more appetizing:
- Do not use large quantities of onions. He will make the stuffing not as tender as it should be.
 - Choose a cheese with a neutral taste. For example, Dutch.
 - Do not be afraid to add more black pepper to the minced meat. It will give the dish a spicy aroma.
 - Add onions in the middle of the preparation of minced meat.
