Ingredients

Step cooking
- For the preparation of meatballs we use minced pork. Place 800 grams of minced pork in a separate bowl. We peel two large onions from the husk, wash them under the tap, rub them on a coarse grater, add to the minced meat, mix.

 - We put a pot of water on the fire, bring to a boil, salt with one teaspoon of salt, add 200 grams of rice there. Cook it for 6-7 minutes over medium heat. Then we express the rice, rinse with cold water, place in a separate bowl, remove to the side to cool slightly.

 - When the rice cools down a little, put it in a bowl with minced meat and onions, mix the ingredients until a homogeneous consistency. Now add half a teaspoon of salt to the minced meat, two good pinches of black ground pepper, drive in two eggs. We mix all these ingredients carefully, trying to get a homogeneous mass. It is better to knead the minced meat with your hands, so we will get the desired result faster.

 - We take out a baking sheet, take three tablespoons of vegetable oil, grease a baking sheet liberally over the entire surface. We measure with a tablespoon a portion of the obtained mincemeat, form meatballs from it, put them on a greased baking sheet. We try to make products of equal size.

 - When we use all the minced meat, we send the baking sheet with meatballs to the oven, which we warm up to 180 degrees, for about 40-45 minutes. We will continue to observe the products: each individual oven has its own capabilities, so the baking time can be increased or, conversely, shortened. During baking, add a small amount of water to the pan so that the meatballs do not stick to the bottom. When the products get a golden crust, we take out a baking sheet, put the meatballs on a flat dish, they are ready to serve.

- For cooking meatballs, you can use beef, pork and beef, chicken, turkey minced meat.
 - Such meatballs with rice can be successfully cooked not only in the oven, but also over an open fire in a pan, with the addition of refined vegetable oil.
