Step cooking
- Peel the celery root (¼ part), rinse in water and chop coarsely. If the root is small, you can take half.

 - Peel onions (¼ heads) and peel and chop not very finely. As is the case with celery, if you have a small onion head, you can take half.

 - Peel the garlic cloves (6-7 pcs.), Rinse in water and crush with a knife. It should not be cut so that the garlic does not burn during the roasting process.

 - Add vegetable oil (1 tbsp.) To the pan, put celery, onion, garlic.

 - Add to taste salt, ground pepper, thyme and rosemary in fresh or dry form, and fry the vegetables on low heat for 5-7 minutes, without bringing the vegetables to a golden color.

 - Peel potatoes (4-5 pcs.), Rinse in water and cut into medium-sized pieces. Strongly grind the products is not worth it.

 - Pour 1-1.5 L of water into the pan, put on fire, and when it boils, put chopped potatoes and boil it under the closed lid for 5-7 minutes.

 - Next, add the stewed vegetables to the pan, mix and cook under a closed lid for about 10 minutes, until the ingredients are ready.

 - When the vegetables are boiled, you need to let them cool slightly, then transfer the vegetables to a bowl of a blender or food processor, add a little water, cream (3-4 tbsp.), Salt to taste and beat until creamy, in the process of whipping, you can add vegetable broth and adjust the texture of the finished soup.

 - The soup is ready, it can be poured back into the pan. Now you need to make crackers.

 - Cut white bread, loaf or baguette (2-3 slices) into small cubes and transfer to a preheated pan.

 - Top with vegetable oil (1 tbsp. L.) And fry over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly so that they do not burn.

 - Sprinkle the crackers on top with ground paprika and transfer to a convenient dish, otherwise they will continue to fry in a hot pan and may burn.

 - Distribute the soup in portions, sprinkle with finely chopped dill or parsley (2-3 sprigs) on top and serve with homemade crackers.
