Ingredients
- Wheat flour - 1 stack.

 - Vanillin - 1 g

Step cooking
- Pour a glass of semolina into a bowl.

 - Add a glass of sugar.

 - Also add a glass of flour (previously sifted).

 - Add 1 tsp. baking soda.

 - Pour 1 g of vanillin and 0.5 tsp. ground cinnamon, mix thoroughly. Dough is ready.

 - Apples, 5 pieces of medium size peel.

 - We grease the baking dish with butter (in total 100 g of butter will be needed).

 - Pour a layer of dry dough to the bottom.

 - The next layer we rub the apple on a fine grater.

 - Again, pour a layer of dry dough, and again a layer of apples. So use all the dough and apples. The lower and upper layers are necessarily dough.

 - Top - grated butter.

 - Place the cake with the cake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 40 minutes.

 - 10 minutes before cooking, the cake can be sprinkled with sugar - this forms a delicious and beautiful caramel crust.

 - Sprinkle the finished cake with icing sugar. Serve hot or cold.

 
Useful Tips
- In this recipe, soda is quenched with apple juice. If the apples are not very acidic, you can take 3 tsp instead of soda. baking powder.
 - If desired, other fruits or berries, including frozen ones, can be added to such a pie.
