Cookware: knife, cutting board, tablespoon, cup, spatula, grater, pan, frying pan, hob.
Ingredients
| Name | amount |
| Pasta (homemade) | 1 box |
| Shrimps peeled (thawed) | 300-350 g |
| Cream 20% fat | 200 ml |
| Butter | 30-50 g |
| Garlic | 3-4 cloves |
| Hard cheese (parmesan) | 50 g |
| Green cilantro | ½ beam |
| Salt pepper | a pinch |
Step cooking
- Set a pan with water for spaghetti at maximum heating of the burner, and at a medium heat intensity - a pan for making the sauce.

 - While the water in the pan is boiling, peel and chop 3-4 cloves of garlic with a knife, grater, press, or any other way.

 - Boil a pack of industrial-made spaghetti or a box of homemade pasta in boiling, slightly salted water until fully cooked, then immediately drain all the water from the pan.

 - Melt in a pan 30-50 g of butter.

 - Run chopped garlic in melted butter and sauté for 2-3 minutes until golden.

 - Add 300-350 g of thawed peeled shrimp to the browned garlic. Roll seafood in garlic oil with a spatula, and fry for 5 minutes over medium heat, periodically shaking the pan. Wash and finely chop ½ bunch of fresh cilantro (coriander) while the shrimps are fried.

 - Grate 30-50 g of Parmesan.

 - Pour 200 ml of heavy cream into the pan to the finished shrimp, add salt to taste, and add a pinch of ground black pepper.

 - After boiling, grind the contents of the pan for 7-8 minutes. Creamy sauce is ready when the cream evaporates a little and thickens. Put the prepared spaghetti in a pan and mix with the sauce without turning off the burners.

 - Stir to a paste for 2-3 minutes. Arrange the prepared shrimp pasta on serving plates. Sprinkle each portion with grated cheese and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
