| Lemon juice | 1 tbsp. l |
| Tomato sauce | 200 ml |
| Flour | 20 g |
| Water | 500 ml |
| Vegetable oil | 4 tbsp. l |
Step cooking
- First of all, prepare the flour, it should be fried in advance. To do this, take 20 g of sifted wheat flour and bring to a beige color in a dry frying pan. So the flour will acquire an original flavor.

- Peel 1 onion and cut into medium slices.

- Take 1 carrot, peel and grate on a coarse grater.

- Remove the core of 1 pepper. Take red, so the sauce will get a saturated color. Cut into medium slices.

- Peel 3 cloves of garlic and cut it into 4 parts. Cut 2-3 tomatoes into a medium cube.

- Take a pan, pour 4 tbsp. l vegetable oil and heat. Be the first to send chopped onions to the pan. Sauté it until transparent over medium heat.

- Add the grated carrots to the onion, mix and fry on low heat for another 2 minutes. Vegetables should not burn.

- Next, add chopped pepper and garlic, mix. Cover and simmer for 3-4 minutes.

- When the vegetables are stewed, add the fried flour, chopped tomatoes, 1/2 tsp. paprika, 1/3 tsp ground red pepper and 1 tsp. Sahara.

- Next, add 200 ml of tomato sauce, 1 tbsp. l lemon juice and 500 ml of hot water.

- Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

- Allow the sauce to cool slightly and grind it into a homogeneous mass using an immersion blender.

- Cool the sauce to room temperature, store in the refrigerator.

Cooking recommendations
- Serve such a sauce with cereals, pasta or with meat dishes.
- You can complement the taste of the sauce with a mixture of aromatic herbs.
- Instead of tomato sauce, you can use 1 tbsp. l tomato paste diluted in 200 ml of boiled water.
- Instead of lemon juice, you can take vinegar, wine vinegar or several crystals of citric acid.
- Before chopping the sauce, taste it and add the missing ingredients, in your opinion.
