Ingredients
- Half-smoked sausage (2 types) - 200-300 g

 - Bay leaf - 2 pcs.
 
Step cooking
- Place 300 g of meat on the bones on the fire in the water and start cooking the broth.

 - Cut 300 g of sausage into small cubes.

 - Butcher smoked pork ribs.

 - Coarsely chop one onion, cubes 4-5 potatoes, finely 12 small pickled cucumbers and 1 lemon, 4 cloves of garlic, 100-200 g of olives and greens. Cut each ingredient into a separate container.

 - Pour oil into a pan, turn on the hotplate and fry chopped onions until golden brown.

 - Add pickled cucumbers to the onion and mix everything.

 - Next, letting the onions and cucumbers fry together for 5-10 minutes, add sausage to the pan. Stir everything and fry for about 5-10 minutes. Next, add the tomato paste and mix everything.

 - Remove the prepared meat from the boiled broth and place the chopped smoked pork ribs in it. The meat must be chopped and chopped. After a couple of minutes, add the pan mixture to the broth. Mix everything and cover until boiling

 - When the composition is boiling, add chopped meat and potatoes to it. Cover everything and wait until it boils completely.

 - After boiling, add 2 bay leaves, as well as herbs with garlic, black pepper, salt, olives and lemon. Mix everything, boil the hodgepodge for another 10 minutes and turn it off.

 - Serve the dish to the table, decorating it with sour cream.
