Step cooking
- On the table we place a container for mixing the ingredients, it should be small in size. We take a small strainer, sift into this container three tablespoons of wheat flour. Here, we sift two tablespoons of dried cocoa, immediately add a quarter of a teaspoon of baking powder, mixing it with cocoa powder.

 - The container with the dry ingredients passed through the sieve is set aside. In a 350 gram mug, break one chicken egg, add a small pinch of salt and a half or two tablespoons of sugar. Turn on the mixer, beat this mixture right in the mug for about 10-15 seconds. If there is no mixer, you can simply beat with a fork or whisk. After whipping, the mixture should get a small foamy consistency.

 - Then add two tablespoons of milk and half a teaspoon of instant coffee to the mug with the mixture. Here we pour two tablespoons of vegetable oil.

 - We take a container with dry ingredients, mix them until smooth, put in a mug with milk, egg, sugar and vegetable oil. Mix the mixture thoroughly in a mug with a tablespoon so that the dough becomes homogeneous, without lumps of flour.

 - When we see that the dough for the cake took an even consistency, add here 50-70 grams of mini-marshmallows, mix with a tablespoon so that the marshmallows dip into the resulting mixture completely.

 - The dough is ready, we send a mug with it in the microwave. We cook at a power of 800 watts in just one and a half to two minutes. We check the readiness of the product with a toothpick. If necessary, you can turn on the microwave for another 10-15 seconds.

 
Serve the product with a ball of ice cream, with whipped cream or just sprinkle with powdered sugar.

- As you know, cocoa powder does not have a very good property of gathering in small lumps, so when mixing dough for a chocolate cake, it is necessary to sift it through a sieve.
 - Milk can be replaced with kefir. the use of not entirely fresh milk for dough is allowed
 - Use vegetable oil preferably refined so that there is no unpleasant odor.
 - You can add vanilla extract, cinnamon, as well as nuts and pieces of chocolate to the cake dough.
