Step cooking
- One kilogram of my pork pulp under running water, dried and cut into large pieces.

 - We put all the chopped meat in a deep bowl and add 45 grams of seasoning to the barbecue. In no case should it contain salt. Mix well.

 - Pour in 50 grams of refined vegetable oil and mix thoroughly again.

 - Two onions peeled, washed and cut into half rings. If your onion is small, then take a larger quantity.

 - Wash 50 grams of fresh parsley under running water, dry it and chop coarsely.

 - In a glass, mix 50 grams of apple cider vinegar and 150 grams of clean water at room temperature.

 - We put a non-stick pan on the stove and pour 10 grams of vegetable oil on it. When the oil is heated, put the pork in the pan.

 - Fry meat without a lid for 6-8 minutes. Each piece needs to be turned over so that the barbecue is fried evenly. Pour water with vinegar into a pan and simmer until the liquid evaporates completely.

 - When the liquid has evaporated, add 15 grams of salt to the meat, chopped onion and parsley.

 - Thoroughly mix together all the ingredients, cover the pan with a lid and simmer for two minutes. When the necessary time has passed, we shift the barbecue on a plate and serve.

 
Decoration methods and serving options
- Remember that pork is very fond of onions and goes well with it. Therefore, do not be afraid to add a little more of this product.
 - Instead of apple cider vinegar, you can take another. For example, use berry vinegar, and your dish will sparkle with new taste notes.
 - In no case do not add salt immediately before frying. Otherwise, the juice drains from the meat, and the kebab turns dry.
 - Meat that has layers of bacon is ideal for barbecue. Then the dish will turn out to be hearty, juicy and soft.
 - It is recommended to serve kebabs hot.
 - You can serve various sauces with meat. For example, adjika, ketchup and spicy sauce are perfect for pork.
 - Garnish with fresh greens and vegetables.
