Step cooking
- Smoked chicken in an amount of 200-230 g is cut into small cubes of the same size.

 - Spread the sliced meat in an even thin layer on a flat large plate.
 - Cherry tomatoes in the amount of 270-300 g mine, and then cut each fruit into four equal parts, while removing the stalk. Slices of tomatoes randomly spread on top of the chicken.

 - Peppers weighing about 150 g are cleaned of seeds and core, after which we cut the product into small cubes.

 - Chopped pepper evenly spread over the tomatoes.

 - We measure 100-130 g of cheese, after which we cut it into cubes the same size as the pepper was cut. Some chefs grind cheese on a coarse grater - the taste of the dish will not be affected.

 - We form a thin layer of pieces of cheese, laying them on top of pepper.

 - Grinded peeled walnuts in a blender or cut into small pieces with a knife. The amount of nuts depends on your preference - the approximate amount is 30-50 g.

 - Chopped nuts randomly distributed on top of the cheese.

 - We peel two cloves of garlic from the husk, and then rub them on top of the salad using a fine grater.

 - Sprigs of parsley in an amount of 2-3 pieces are thoroughly washed, then dried on paper towels. Next, finely chop the greens and decorate with it an almost ready dish.

 - The final touch - squeeze mayonnaise over the greens, forming a kind of "droplets" of large size. If desired, you can make a mayonnaise net. On average, this salad will need from 50 to 70 g of mayonnaise.

 - Sprinkle the finished dish with a pinch of salt and a small amount of freshly ground allspice, which will give the salad a hint of piquant taste and rich aroma.
