Ingredients
- Daikon - 2 pcs.
 - Large carrot - 1 pc.
 - Bell pepper - 1 pc.
 - Onions - 2 pcs.
 - Fresh garlic - 3 cloves
 - Hot red pepper - 1 pc.
 - Table salt - to taste
 - Extra virgin olive oil - 2-3 tbsp. l
 - Lemon juice (half a lemon) - 3 tbsp. l
 - Greens for decoration (dill, parsley) - optional
 
Step cooking
- Wash and peel 2 daikon root vegetables, then grate for Korean salads or cut into long thin strips (this can be done using a peeler).

 - Wash, peel and grate 1 large carrot for Korean salads.

 - Wash bell pepper (1 pc.), Release from the stem and seeds, cut into thin strips.

 - Peel the onion (2 pcs.), Wash and cut into thin half rings.

 - For salad dressing, finely chop 3 cloves of garlic with a knife (or pass through a press).

 - Peel red hot peppers from seeds, chop with a knife and mix with garlic in a small bowl.

 - Squeeze 3 tbsp of lemon half l juice and add to the garlic with pepper.

 - Pour 3-4 tbsp. l extra virgin olive oil and mix.

 - Transfer chopped vegetables into a salad bowl, salt to taste, pour salad dressing, mix.

 - Leave the salad to marinate for 2-3 hours.

 - When serving, you can add parsley and dill. Enjoy your meal!

 
Useful Tips
- You can change the amount of ingredients depending on your taste preferences: put more bell peppers or make the dressing more / less sharp, increasing / decreasing the amount of hot pepper and garlic.
 - You can grate root vegetables on an ordinary large grater.
 - When handling hot peppers, wear rubber gloves - you don’t have to wash your hands.
 - To make the salad look even brighter, cut slices of pepper of different colors.
 - The simplest daikon salad: grate root vegetables, salt, season with any vegetable oil.
