Product Preparation
- We peel and carefully wash two large potato tubers. Then we wipe the vegetable with a paper towel and cut the potatoes into cubes or straws of medium size.

 - Rinse and wipe dry 200-300 g of pork tenderloin, after which we cut the meat into small pieces, as for beef stroganoff.

 - Grind large mushrooms or any other mushrooms in the amount of 5 pieces either with thin plates or medium cubes.

Cooking
- We thoroughly warm two pans, preferably with a non-stick coating, and then pour 20 ml of vegetable oil into each.

 - Put potatoes in one pan, pork in another.

 - Fry the ingredients, stirring occasionally, until half cooked and golden brown. Salt and pepper components in accordance with your own taste.

 - As soon as the meat brightens and becomes golden brown, we send it to the potatoes.

 - Pour 20 ml of vegetable oil into the empty pan, then fry the chopped champignons.

 - As soon as the mushrooms are slightly cooked, add 60 g of sour cream to them and mix.

 - Stew mushrooms on medium heat for 2-3 minutes, and then send them to the pan to potatoes and meat.

 - All components are fried together for about a couple of minutes, and then we transfer the mass to a cast-iron container. If necessary, add more salt and ground black pepper. Add there a couple of bay leaves and 5-7 peas of allspice. We send the product to the oven heated to 180 ° C, where we give it the opportunity to simmer for 30-40 minutes.

 - After this time, remove the brace and immediately rub on top of it with a fine grater 20-30 g of Parmesan cheese.
