Ingredients
- Apples - 4 pcs.
- Honey - 4 tsp.
- Cognac - 4 tsp.
- Butter - 16 g
- Ground ginger - 0.5 tsp.
- Ground cinnamon - 1 tsp.
Step cooking
- Wash 4 apples, gently cut off the top without touching the stem, and remove the core from them.

- After taking out the core, cut its lower part, and return the remainder to the apple.

- Put the prepared apples in a baking dish and sprinkle them with 4 tsp. cognac.

- Next, pour apples 4 tsp. honey so that it is both outside and inside.

- Separately mix 0.5 tsp. ground ginger and 1 tsp. ground cinnamon.

- Sprinkle the apples with the resulting mixture.

- Inside each apple, place a pair of small pieces of butter.

- Cover the apples with the top and cover the baking dish with foil.

- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and send your apples there for 35-45 minutes.

- Next, remove the foil and leave the apples to bake until the desired condition (another 10-15 minutes). They should be browned, become soft and tender.
