| Odorless vegetable oil | 100 ml |
| Powdered sugar | 100 g |
| Coconut flakes (for sprinkling) | 30 g |
Step cooking
Making dough and baking a cupcake
- In a bowl, beat a chicken egg (1 piece). Add sugar (150 grams).

- Using a whisk, grind the ingredients until a lush white mass is obtained.

- Wash the lemon (1 piece) well and use a grater to remove the zest from it (top yellow layer, without a white film). Add the resulting zest in a bowl to the egg whipped with sugar.

- Squeeze the juice from the pulp of a lemon and add half the amount to a bowl.

- Heat milk (200 ml) until warm and pour into a bowl.

- Odorless vegetable oil (100 ml) is also added to the mixture in a bowl.

- Using a whisk, mix the ingredients well.

- Sift flour (260 grams) into the mixture and add baking powder (2 teaspoons). Gently mix the mixture.

- You should get a dough of medium density.

- Cover the cupcake with parchment paper, if you have a silicone mold, then this is not necessary.

- Pour the dough into the prepared form and place the form in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake a cupcake for 40-45 minutes. Readiness check with a wooden stick.

- Allow the cake to cool completely in the mold and only then remove it from the dish onto the dish.

Making icing and decorating a cupcake
- To the icing sugar (100 grams) add the rest of the lemon juice (juice from 1/2 part of the lemon).

- Stir the mixture until smooth with a spoon.

- Cover the cooled cake with the resulting glaze, evenly distributing it.

- Additionally, you can decorate the cupcake with coconut flakes (30 grams) by simply sprinkling it over the glaze.

- Serve the finished lemon muffin in milk as a dessert for tea, coffee or cocoa, cut into portions.
