Ingredients
- Ramen noodles - 2 packs
 - Water - 1.1 L
 - Cream Cheese - 2 slices
 - Egg - 1 pc.
 - Shiitake mushrooms (optional) - 4 pcs.
 - Garlic - 2 cloves
 - Sesame oil - 1 tbsp. l
 - Chives - 1 feather
 - Sesame seeds - 0.5 tsp.
 
Step cooking
- For the first option - cheese, you only need three ingredients: a pack of ramen noodles, 550 ml of water and 2 slices of cream cheese. From the bag with ramen we get noodles, a dry base for the broth and a bag with dry vegetables. We put a pan on fire, best of all with a bottom diameter of the size of a noodle cake, pour 550 ml of cold water, bring to a boil.

 - Pour the finished broth base into water, mix.

 - After that, lay the briquette with noodles, sprinkle with dry vegetables and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Stir the noodles from time to time with chopsticks.

 - A minute before readiness, put 2 slices of cream cheese in a pan. Continue to cook, stirring.

 - 5 minutes after the start of ramen cooking, remove the pan from the fire, pour the contents into a deep soup bowl and we can enjoy delicious Korean noodles.

 - For the second option - acute, we cut 4 shiitake mushrooms with plates. If you cook from dried shiitake, then you need to soak them in warm water in advance for a time from 45 minutes to 3 hours.

 - Garlic (2 cloves) rub on a fine grater. 1 feather green onions finely chop.

 - When all the ingredients are prepared, we begin to cook the noodles. The whole process takes place in exactly the same way as in the first version: in boiling water (550 ml) we put the broth base, ramen and dried vegetables.

 - Immediately followed by chopped shiitake mushrooms and grated garlic. Two minutes later, pour 1 tbsp in soup. l sesame oil.

 - Pour 0.5 tsp. sesame seeds and chopped chives.

 - A minute before cooking, we break the chicken egg into a pot with boiling broth. The egg can be broken into soup and left, without stirring, so that the protein is boiled, and the yolk remains liquid. If you prefer a boiled egg, then mix it in the broth. Then boil both the protein and the yolk.

 - Pour the finished ramen into the bowl. Before serving, noodles again sprinkled with a little green onion and sesame seeds for decoration.
