Ingredients
- Red mountain ash - 1 cup
 - Sugar - 1 cup
 - Water - 100 ml
 
Step cooking
- Pour 100 ml of water into a deep saucepan and pour 1 cup of sugar into it.

 - Heat the mixture on fire and add 1 cup of mountain ash to it.

 - Bring the mixture to a boil and turn off the heat.

 - Sterilize the jars and roll the cooked jam in them.
