Step cooking
- Onions are peeled and then finely chopped with a sharp knife. We remove the carrots of a rather large size from the peel, after which we rub on a fine grater. My tomato, then cut the stalk and cut into small cubes. Fresh vegetable can be safely replaced with 1.5-2 tablespoons of tomato paste or ketchup. We chop a large clove of garlic with the thinnest plates.

- We send a small pan to the medium fire, which has a thick bottom. Pour in it 20-30 ml of vegetable oil, after which we wait until it is very hot. It is best to use olive oil, but if this is not, then add refined sunflower.

- We spread the chopped onion onto the hot oil, and then fry it for one minute until transparency appears.

- Dip the grated carrots over the onion and fry the ingredients for another minute, stirring the mass periodically so that the vegetables do not burn.

- Next, add chopped tomato and garlic, and then continue frying.

- We also send 5 g of ground paprika, basil, as well as dried parsley and dill there. Fresh addition of all the listed ingredients is very welcome - the taste of gravy will only benefit from this.

- Sprinkle the vegetable mass with about 20 g of wheat flour, mix well.

- We fry the components for a couple of minutes, then fill them with 200-300 ml of bottled water. Adjust the amount of water yourself, depending on which gravy you want to cook - liquid or thick.

- To taste, add salt and ground black pepper, then mix everything and expect boiling gravy.

- We send the formed meatballs to the boiling liquid. Cook the sauce until the meat balls are fully cooked.
