Ingredients
- Butter - 20 g
 - Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l
 - Flour - 2 tbsp. l
 - Tomato paste - 1 tbsp. l
 - Sour cream - 1 tbsp. l
 - Water - 400-500 ml
 - Salt - 1/2 tsp.
 - Black pepper to taste
 - Paprika - 1/3 tsp
 - Dried Dill - to taste
 - Dried Basil - to taste
 - Bay leaf - 1 pc.
 
Step cooking
- In a pan heated over medium heat, put 20 g of butter. Add 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil.

 - Once the oil is heated, add 2 tbsp. l flour, stir with a whisk, fry a little.

 - Add 1 tbsp. l tomato paste, mix with a whisk again.

 - Pour 300 ml of water, stir well with a whisk, without leaving lumps.

 - Add another 100-200 ml of water so that the sauce is not very thick.

 - Salt, enough ½ tsp. salt.

 - Pour 1/3 tsp. paprika.

 - Add a little dried dill and basil.

 - Put 1 bay leaf. We try on salt, if necessary, add more.

 - Now it remains to add 1 tbsp. l sour cream and mix well.

 - Bring the gravy to a boil and remove from heat. If desired, fried onions and carrots can be added to such gravy.
