Cookware: kitchen scale, cup, bowl, tablespoon, measuring container, mixer, whisk, peeler, spatula, microwave / hob, mold (silicone), oven.
Ingredients
| Early Pears | 2 pcs. |
| Wheat flour | 200 g |
| Chicken egg | 2 pcs. |
| Butter | 50 g |
| Granulated sugar | 120-150 g |
| Whole milk | 125 ml |
| Baking powder | 1 tsp |
| Salt | pinch |
Step cooking
- Turn on the oven so that the cabinet warms up well and evenly at a temperature of 180 ° C. Wash and peel two large, soft and juicy pears.

- Cut peeled pears into medium sized slices, cutting out the bones.

- Gently separate the yolk from the protein of the two chicken eggs. Mix the yolk with 120-150 g of granulated sugar in a convenient cup. Be sure to leave 2-3 tbsp. l of the total amount of sugar in a measuring container for sprinkling pie. The amount of sugar in the cake depends not only on taste preferences, but also on the sweetness of the fruits themselves.

- Beat with a mixer yolk with sugar until a white fluffy mass.

- Pour 125 ml of whole cow's milk into the egg mass.

- Add 25 g of butter melted in the microwave or on the stove there. Just in the microwave it will turn out much faster. Mix the egg mass with a spatula melted butter with a pinch of salt.

- Sift 200 g of wheat flour with 1 tsp. baking powder.

- Pour the flour with baking powder into the egg-oil mixture in several steps, thoroughly kneading with a whisk after adding each portion. The consistency of the dough is quite liquid and easily mixed with a whisk.

- Pour the finished dough into a silicone mold. If your form is metal or tin, then the inside of the bottom and sides of the form should be lined with baking paper or oiled parchment.

- Put slices of pears on the dough in random order.

- Top with pears 25 g melted butter.

- Following the butter, evenly pour the cooking cake left over 2-3 tbsp. l granulated sugar.

- Bake in a preheated oven at the initially set temperature for about 35-40 minutes.
