Ingredients
- Zucchini - 2 pcs.
 - Semolina - 100 g
 - Eggs - 2 pcs.
 - Yogurt - 160 ml
 - Butter - 10 g
 - Salt - 1 tsp.
 - Hard cheese - 30 g
 
Step cooking
- To make a pie from zucchini, take 160 ml of yogurt and add 100 g of semolina to it. Stir until smooth, let stand for 10-15 minutes.

 - In the meantime, rinse 2 young medium-sized zucchini and cut the stem. Grate zucchini on a coarse grater.

 - Add ½ tsp to zucchini. salt, mix well and wait until they let the juice.

 - Squeeze zucchini with your hands or transfer to a sieve.

 - Add 2 eggs to kefir and semolina and beat until smooth.

 - In the resulting mass, add grated and squeezed zucchini and mix again.

 - Take a baking dish 20-22 cm, preferably detachable, and grease it with 10 g of butter.

 - Put the dough for the pie in the mold. Smooth evenly.

 - On a fine grater, grate 30 g of hard cheese and sprinkle the pie on top of it. Put the cake in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove the finished cake from the oven and let cool slightly. Put the pie on a plate, cut into portions. Enjoy your meal.

 
Cooking recommendations
- To prepare such a pie, choose young, fresh zucchini with thin skin.
 - Fresh zucchini are hard, and have a green, not dried stalk.
 - If you wish, you can add black ground pepper, chopped onions, garlic or herbs to the dough.
 - When using a detachable form, the cake will be easier to get.
