Ingredients

| Tomato | 80 g |
| Cream 15% | 30 g |
| Olive oil | 6 tbsp. l |
| Garlic | 2 cloves |
| Ground black pepper, Italian spices | taste |
| Water | 100 ml |
| Dry yeast | 3 g |
| Sugar | 1 tsp |
| Flour | 250 - 300 g |
| Salt | 0.5 tsp |
| Hard cheese | 200 g |
| Soy sauce | 2 tbsp. l |
Step cooking
Cooking dough
- Mix between 250 - 300 g of premium wheat flour, 3 g of dry yeast, 100 ml of warm water, 1 tsp. sugar, 0.5 tsp salt, 2 tbsp. l olive oil.

- Knead until the dough gets a solid consistency (if necessary, add more flour).

- Leave it for 1 hour in a warm place.

Preparation of sauce and toppings
- Mix sea cocktail with 2 tbsp. l soy sauce and 1 tbsp. l olive oil, add salt and pepper to taste.

- In another bowl, combine 80 g of tomato with 30 g of cream.

- In another vessel 3 tbsp. l mix olive oil with 2 cloves of pre-chopped garlic, Italian spices and ground black pepper.

- Grate hard cheese separately on a coarse grater.

Pizza making
- After the dough “fits”, roll it out using a rolling pin to a thickness of 3-5 mm. For convenience, roll immediately on baking parchment, previously sprinkled with flour. At the edges of the fingers, form small sides.

- Carefully grease the resulting preparation with "piquant" olive oil with garlic and spices.

- On top of the butter, add the tomato-cream sauce and also thoroughly smear it on the cake with a silicone brush or spoon.

- Spread the seafood on top evenly, then olives (you can spread the olives whole or cut in half).

- At the end, sprinkle generously with grated cheese.

- Then transfer the pizza (directly with parchment) to a baking sheet or mold and place in a preheated oven (to a temperature of 180 - 200 degrees) for 15 - 20 minutes.

- After the cheese is melted, and the dough is well browned on all sides, remove the pizza from the oven and transfer to a large dish.

- Cut into portions and start the meal. Enjoy your meal!

To make your pizza even more appetizing, decorate it with a sprig of fresh basil or dill, a handful of green capers or sprinkle with the remnants of “spicy” olive oil with garlic and spices. And for greater accuracy, cut it into portions using a special round knife.
