| Thin sliced salami or ham | 85-95 g |
| Ripe tomatoes | 2 pcs. |
| Canned mushrooms | 250 ml |
| Mozzarella | 125-225 g |
| Dutch cheese | 125-225 g |

Step cooking
- Pour 1 cup of warm drinking water into the kneading dish and dissolve 0.5 tsp in it. salt, as well as 1 tsp. Sahara.

- Pour 7 g of dry yeast into the resulting solution, mix everything well and let stand for 10-15 minutes.

- Add 3 tbsp to this mixture. l sunflower or olive oil.

- Then we gradually knead 2.5 cups of pre-sifted flour there.

- We spread the dough on the kitchen surface sprinkled with flour and knead it thoroughly for at least 10 minutes.

- We place the dough back into the bowl under the cling film, previously lightly bathing it with vegetable oil.

- We leave it to approach in warm and comfortable conditions for about an hour.

- While it rises, mix 2.5-3 tbsp. l ketchup with 2-3 crushed garlic cloves, thereby preparing tomato sauce.

- We prepare and finely chop all the ingredients used for the filling.

- We rub the Dutch cheese on a coarse grater.

- After an hour, we get the dough that has come up, and we crush it with our hands. We divide it, if desired, into 2 servings, and thinly roll it alternately on a floured kitchen surface. We roll each ball from a thinner middle to slightly thickened edges.

- Lubricate the inverted baking sheet for convenience with vegetable oil and gently transfer a thin layer of dough to the baking sheet.

- We apply on it 2-2.5 tbsp. l thick tomato sauce without smearing the edges.

- Then we lay out 125-225 g of chopped mozzarella, 65-110 grated Dutch cheese, 85-95 g of sliced salami, 2 tomatoes, 200-250 g of champignons and some olives, if desired, in layers.

- Sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese and favorite greens at will and to your taste. Finally we send it to bake in an oven preheated to 250 degrees for 7-10 minutes.

- As soon as the bottom and edges of the pizza are well browned, it must be moved to a serving dish and served immediately.
