Step cooking
- We wrap the loaf in foil or bag and press it with a cutting board, press hard, we need to flatten it a little. It’s better to immediately get a round, thicker, so to speak, so that the pizza is large. It is better to cook from a fresh loaf to make a crisp.

 - Then cut the top of the loaf, remove the crumb from the bottom.

 - Lubricate inside with tomato sauce, for this you need half of the total - it's 125 g. If you wish, you can sprinkle tomato paste with a mixture of herbs, such as Provence.

 - Then we cut into slices 220 g of Mozzarella cheese and spread it evenly on the bottom of the loaf.

 - We cut the salami into thin layers and spread the “Mozzarella” on top.

 - We clean the onion, rinse, cut one half into thin half rings and spread it on top.

 - At half a bunch of basil we tear off the leaves and spread on top.

 - Two smoked sausages are cut into small cubes and sprinkled on top.

 - We wash the bell pepper, remove the stalk and seeds, cut into thin strips and sprinkle on top.

 - Pour in tomato sauce.

 - Grate 130 g of Mozzarella cheese and sprinkle on top.

 - We cover the product with the top of the loaf.

 - We wrap it with foil, make a press on top - you can use a heavy cutting board, and leave it for half an hour.

 - Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper, remove the foil from the loaf.

 - If desired, sprinkle with grated cheese on top and lay out a few slices of sausage.

 - We send to the oven, bake for 30 minutes at a temperature of 175 degrees.

 - Then we get it out, let it cool down a bit, cut into portioned slices and serve. Pizza is a completely independent dish. She can be hired for a lunch snack.
