Step cooking
- For the dish you will need 5 medium sized bell peppers. It is better to take thick-walled varieties, they have a richer flavor and are good for stewing. Using a sharp knife, remove the tails with seeds. Use a teaspoon to clean peppers from the white hymen inside.

 - Peel and cut the medium-sized carrots into cubes. A total of 3 carrots are needed. The size of the cubes is approximately 1 per 1 cm.

 - In the same way, one zucchini should be cut. The cubes should be the same size.

 - Take two onions, peel them and cut into small cubes.

 - Pour 2-3 tbsp into a deep pan. l vegetable oil and heat it well.

 - Place the prepared onion in a preheated pan and fry.

 - Once the onions become clear, add chopped carrots to it.

 - Salt and pepper vegetables to your taste, add a little sugar.

 - Fry the vegetables for another 8 minutes, add the chopped zucchini to the pan, mix the ingredients and remove them from the heat.

 - Finely chop ½ a bunch of parsley and the same amount of dill. Add greens to vegetables. Peel 7-8 cloves of garlic, chop them with a knife and add to the filling to the pan.

 - You will need ½ cans of tomatoes in your own juice. Mash them with a fork or cut with a knife, and then add to the filling.

 - For piquancy, add Suneli hops and ground black pepper to taste.

 - Mix the ingredients well.

 - Use a teaspoon to stuff peeled peppers. Stack the filling tightly, pressing it with a spoon.

 - Put the peppers in the pan. It is better to take thick-walled dishes.

 - Grind the remaining half of a can of canned tomatoes in your own juice with a blender. The resulting mass pour the prepared peppers.

 - Add water to the pan so that the pepper is covered with liquid to half. It will take about ½ cup cold water.

 - Add 3 bay leaves to the pan. Put the pepper on the fire and bring to a boil. Reduce the temperature, cover the pepper and simmer for 30-40 minutes.

 - The dish is ready. Put pepper on a serving plate, garnish it with a couple of parsley leaves or a sprig of dill.
