Ingredients

Step cooking
- We drive 3 chicken eggs into a deep container and thoroughly alter them with a whisk (do not beat until foam, namely, mix until a homogeneous consistency).

- Add 2 tsp to the eggs. vanilla sugar and 1 small pinch of salt. Mix.

- Then we start adding 250 g of sugar. This must be done in three stages, each time thoroughly mixing the egg mixture, as if grinding sugar. It takes about 5 to 8 minutes. Continue this manipulation until the egg mixture becomes homogeneous and slightly whitens.

- Add 1 tsp to the mixture. soda. Mix.

- After soda, add 250 g of soft butter to the resulting mass and carefully alter everything until smooth.

- Using a sieve, sift 400 g of wheat flour directly into the dough.

- We take a large wooden spoon and with it we mix the entire contents of the container, connecting the ingredients together.

- After all the ingredients have combined, put the dough on the table (for convenience, you can lay a special silicone mat on the table) and begin to knead it with your hands. At this stage, you can also add crushed walnuts to cookies.

- In order to make the dough sufficiently dense, during kneading it is gradually necessary to add about 100-150 g more flour.

- The finished dough should not stick to your hands.

- Assemble a meat grinder. At the same time, remove the knife from it and install the largest nozzle.

- Divide the dough into 4 - 6 parts and from each form an oblong "sausage" that would fit easily into the hole in the meat grinder.

- Pass each of the "sausages" through a meat grinder.

- Using the knife, divide the “tentacles” into small pieces about 6-8 cm long and 3-5 cm wide and place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment for baking at a distance of about 2 cm from each other.
If you wish, you can not use all the dough at once, but freeze it and use it after a certain period of time (you can also freeze cookies that have already been passed through the meat grinder, and in this case it is allowed to bake without preliminary defrosting). - Place the baking tray with cookies in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 12 minutes.

- Remove the cookies from the oven and transfer to a serving dish.

- Let it cool completely, then sprinkle with powdered sugar and transgress to the tasting. Enjoy your meal!
