| Vegetable oil | 2 tbsp. l |
| Paste | 200 g |
| Hot water | 0.5 l |
Step cooking
- In a preheated pan, pour 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil.

- Pour to taste salt and black pepper.

- Chop garlic in the amount of 3 pieces finely chopped. Spread the garlic in a pan, stir, let it fry over a small fire.

- Finely chop the onion and also send it to the pan to fry.

- We cut thin slices of 250 g of champignons, add them to the onion, mix everything thoroughly, fry for 5-7 minutes.

- Pour the contents of the pan with 250 ml of cream, mix.

- We spread 200 g of paste directly into the mushroom mixture.

- Pour hot water so that it completely covers the mushrooms (approximately 0.5 l). Close the pan with a lid and simmer for 7 minutes.

- Halve 100 g of cherry tomatoes.

- We spread the tomatoes in a paste.

- Add to the taste of smoked paprika.

- Mix thoroughly and arrange on plates.

Useful Tips
- Any pasta can be used, but it is desirable that it be made from durum wheat.
- You can add a little dry mushrooms to fresh champignons (after soaking them in boiling water), for example, white mushrooms, they will bring a special aroma and taste to the dish.
- A pinch of nutmeg will make the dish more flavorful, enhance the mushroom flavor.
- If desired, you can sprinkle the prepared pasta with grated cheese and garnish with herbs.
