Step cooking
- 200 g of salmon fillet cut into small pieces - about 2x2 cm.

 - Crush the peeled garlic (2 g) with the flat side of the knife.

 - Pour 2 tbsp into the pan. l olive oil. Add 20 g of butter. Spread the garlic.

 - We also put the cut fish in the pan and literally several minutes fry it, stirring occasionally.

 - In a saucepan, boil 2 liters of water (water should be taken at the rate of 1 liter per 100 g of paste). Add a little olive oil - literally a tablespoon. Salt water a little - to taste.

 - Put the paste in boiling water, mix once and cook for 6 minutes on moderate heat. We recline in a colander to glass all the liquid.

 - Lightly salt and pepper grilled salmon. Add 0.5 g of provencal herbs to the pan. Mix.

 - Take out the pieces of garlic. Pour 200 ml of cream (20% fat) and, not forgetting to stir the sauce periodically, cook for 3 minutes.

 - Finely chop 3 g of parsley and dill.

 - Take 100 g of cherry tomatoes and cut each in half.

 - On a fine grater, rub 25 g of parmesan.

 - We spread the prepared pasta in the plates, on top - salmon with creamy sauce.

 - Pour cheese, parsley, dill on top, spread halves of tomatoes on the edge.

 
Useful Tips
- Salmon fillet for such a dish is better to take chilled. If you have frozen fillet, thaw it in the refrigerator.
 - Tagliatelle is made according to a special recipe, therefore, in order to feel the incomparable taste of the dish, try to use this particular type of pasta. You can replace it with the same long pasta - fettuccine, fusilli or farfalle.
 - An excellent addition to the tagliatelle with salmon in a creamy sauce is a salad made from thinly sliced iceberg and cucumber, slightly salted and pepper, seasoned with olive oil, lemon juice and zest.
 - If you do not have parmesan, then it is better not to add any cheese - it will only clog the delicate taste of the dish.
