Step cooking
Cooking dough
- We remove 180 g of butter from the refrigerator and leave it in a warm place for about half an hour, so that it becomes soft enough.

 - In the blender bowl, transfer the softened butter, pour 220 g of brown sugar and break one chicken egg. Instead of brown sugar, you can use the usual granular or fine-grained product.

 - Beat the ingredients until a thick white mass of uniform consistency is obtained.

 - Separately, mix 100 g of wheat flour, 10 g of baking powder, 10 g of ground cinnamon and a pinch of salt.

 - Stir the dry ingredients well, then sift the mixture through a fine sieve and add to the whipped oil.

 - Thoroughly beat the cooked ingredients at an average blender speed.

 - Without turning off the device, add 270 g of instant oat flakes to the dough.

 - We send 80 g of chocolate drops there.

 - Stir the dough until a homogeneous, thick consistency is obtained.

We make cookies
- We turn on the oven and heat it to a temperature of 180 ° C. We cover two baking sheets with baking paper.

 - Using a tablespoon or ice cream maker, we form balls of the same size.

 - We spread each blank on baking paper, observing a distance between them of about 5 cm.

 - Press each ball with a glass with a flat bottom, forming a flat oatmeal cookie in the form of a cake 5-7 mm thick.

The final stage
- We send cookies to a red-hot oven and bake it for 15-20 minutes, depending on the heat of your oven.

 - We take out the treat at the moment when it acquires an appetizing golden hue, and an amazing aroma spreads around the room.

 - Let the liver cool for 3-5 minutes, after which we transfer it to the grate. We leave the treat in this form for another half hour, so that it completely cools down and hardens well.

 - We store the finished oatmeal cookies in a container under a closed lid.

Additional decoration
To give the finished oatmeal liver a more appetizing and attractive appearance, it can be additionally decorated in the following ways:
- sprinkle with powdered sugar, sifting it through a fine sieve;
 - pour each cookie with a small amount of melted honey or chocolate;
 - lightly grease with melted butter and garnish with a confectionery multi-colored powder.
