Step cooking
- In 400 ml of warm water, approximately 28-30 degrees, crush 15 g of pressed yeast and add 15 g of sugar.

 - Mix everything until completely dissolved.

 - Add approximately 500 g of flour previously sifted through a sieve and start kneading the dough. It is more convenient to do this with a spoon, but you can also do it with your hands if you wish.

 - If necessary, add flour to the dough, it should turn out to be homogeneous, but viscous and sticky to the hands.

 - Next, add 10 g of salt and 50 ml of olive oil.

 - Knead the dough for 10-15 minutes.

 - Cover the container with the dough with foil and leave it in a warm place for about 1 hour. The dough should double.

 - Sprinkle flour abundantly on the surface and lay all the dough on it.

 - Stretch the dough into a rectangle about 1.5 cm thick and fold in three. To do this, visually divide the rectangle into 3 parts, take the side part and put it on the middle, do the same with the second edge.

 - Repeat again. The result should be 9 layers.

 - Leave the dough on the surface for 15-20 minutes, covering it with an inverted container.

 - After 15-20 minutes, repeat the procedure with folding.

 - The dough is ready for the formation of any product.

 
Cooking recommendations
- Dry yeast can be used, they will need 5-7 g.
 - To make the dough well and quickly fit, you can use a preheated oven to 30-40 degrees
 - You can use any vegetable oil without a pronounced odor.
 - Optionally, you can make this dough on whole grain flour or replace it with, for example, 1/3 of all flour.
 - From this test, you can cook pizza, pita, focaccia, pies, pies and other salty pastries.
 - Leave the finished products on a baking sheet for another 20-30 minutes, then grease with a beaten egg and put in the oven to bake.
 - Such a dough can be prepared in advance, it is easily stored in the refrigerator in a closed container for up to three days.
