Step cooking
Apple preparation
- Rinse apples under running water and dry. For a pie you need 250-300 g of apples.
- Cut the apples in half and cut out a core of seeds from them and remove the tails. If the apples you picked up have a too hard skin, then better clean them.
- Cut apples into small thin slices.

Cooking dough
- In a deep bowl, combine 3 chicken eggs and 1 cup sugar. Beat with a whisk or mixer until the latter dissolves.

- Next, add 1 cup of sour cream to the dough and mix.

- In a bowl for dough, send 1 cup semolina and mix thoroughly.

- Sift one glass of flour into the dough with a sieve.

- Quench a teaspoon of soda with 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. Pour into the dough. Shuffle.

- Change the whisk to a silicone or wooden spatula. Add 250-300 g of pre-prepared apples to the dough and mix thoroughly, evenly distributing the apples. Leave the dough for 10-20 minutes. This will allow semolina to swell, making the cake even tastier.

Mannika baking
- Grease a baking dish with a little oil or cover it with parchment. The recipe uses a mold with a diameter of 22 cm.

- Pour the dough into a mold and smooth. Send the form to the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake until cooked for 35-45 minutes (depending on the capacity of your oven).

- After this time, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool. Garnish the manna with icing sugar. To do this evenly, use a sieve. The dish is ready. Enjoy your meal!
