Step cooking
- We take 4 tangerines and wash thoroughly under running water. We clean the tangerines from the peel and divide into slices (it is also desirable to clear the slices from white strings).

 - Tangerine slices cut into plates. You need to cut the slices lengthwise into two parts.

 - Cut the butter (210 g) at room temperature into small cubes and place in a bowl.

 - Add 210 g of sugar to the oil and mix with a spoon or beat with a mixer into a homogeneous mass.

 - Then add to the mass of eggs (4 pcs.) One at a time and beat with a mixer or whisk.

 - We first take the lemon zest from the lemon with a fine grater or knife. You can also purchase it in a store. Add ½ tsp to the resulting mass. lemon zest and 2 tsp. vanilla sugar. Beat with a whisk or mixer until smooth.

 - Add to the flour 2 tsp. baking powder, mix and pour into the oil mass.

 - Mix until smooth.

 - Now add tangerines to the dough (which we cut into plates in advance) and mix again.

 - We take a baking dish and grease it with oil so that our cupcake does not stick during cooking. We shift the dough into the form and put in the oven.

 - Bake a cake for 30-45 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Baking time depends on your mold and oven. You can check the readiness of the cake with a fork or knife by piercing it. If the dough is ready, nothing should stick to the knife.

 - Let the cake cool down a bit and take it out of the mold, put it on a plate.

 - You can decorate a cupcake before serving. In sugar powder (140 g) squeeze lemon juice (from the 1st lemon), after cutting it into quarters (so the juice is squeezed out much easier).

 - Mix the mass until a uniform glaze is obtained.

 - With the resulting glaze, we spread the cupcake.

 - On top of the icing spread the slices of mandarin.

 - Melt the chocolate (150 g) in a water bath and apply to the cupcake in any convenient way (sleeve, spoon, through a bag).
