Kitchen appliances and utensils: a deep bowl or bowl, a deep bowl for kneading dough, a rolling pin, a silicone baking mat (you can do without it), a tablespoon and a teaspoon, a frying pan, a serving dish.
Ingredients

| Hard cheese | 150 g | 
| Salt | 1/2 tsp | 
Step cooking
- Drive one chicken egg into a deep bowl or bowl. Add 1/2 tsp. salt, 200 ml of kefir and mix thoroughly.

 - Pour into a bowl 2 tbsp. flour (this is approximately 320 g), add 1 tsp. with a baking powder slide for the dough. Pour in the egg-kefir mixture and knead the dough. Flour may need a little more or a little less. Most often you have to add 1 tbsp. l with a hill of flour. It all depends on the size of the eggs, how thick kefir was used, and the characteristics of the flour itself.

 - Thoroughly mixing everything, add 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil.

 - When it becomes difficult to mix with a spoon, we begin to knead with our hands. The dough is soft and tender. You do not need to knead it for a long time. Once the ingredients have turned into a homogeneous mass, this is enough.

 - Next, sprinkle a little flour on the table. You can use a special silicone baking mat. Roll the dough in flour a little so that it does not stick to the rolling pin. Roll out a thin cake.

 - A thin layer of dough should be sprinkled with filling. In our case, it is a hard cheese, previously grated on a coarse grater. You can also add ham, herbs or other ingredient of your choice.

 - We wrap the rolled dough with a roll. After this, we roll the roll into pieces about 1 cm thick.

 - After that, again sprinkle the table surface with flour a little. Then you can use two options: each piece a little roll in flour and flatten with your hands. In this case, when frying in a pan, you get something like a crumpet with cheese. For the second option, roll each piece into a thin cake. So when frying the cake will turn out crispy, with cheese filling.

 - Next, proceed to frying the cakes. Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the pan and heat it well. We spread the cakes. We fry literally a couple of minutes on each side over medium heat (or slightly above average). As soon as the cakes are a little podzolotil, immediately turn over. Put the prepared cakes on a dish and serve. Enjoy your meal!
