Step cooking
- Pre-boil 0.5 cups of rice until cooked (without salting). Cut the onion into small pieces.

- We also cut chicken fillet weighing 0.6 kg into small pieces.

- Grind the onion with a blender (you can use a meat grinder). Put it in a bowl.

- Grind the fillet in a blender and put it onion.

- Add boiled rice to this.

- On a fine grater we rub the processed cheese and send it to the minced meat.

- Salt to taste (be sure to try, so as not to salt). Add a little black pepper - also to your taste. Sent in a mixture of 0.5 tsp. spices for chicken. Thoroughly knead the minced meat, it is better to do it by hand.

- Lubricate the baking dish with a small amount (gram 20) of vegetable oil. We form meatballs (for convenience, you can put a bowl of water next to it in order to wet your hands).

- We put meatballs in a form.

- Heat in a pan 30 ml of vegetable oil. Add to the oil 1,5-2 tbsp. l sour cream, let it boil a little.

- Pour into a pan 1-1.5 tsp. paprika. Add 1 tsp. the basilica. Add 0.5 tsp. nutmeg. Also add a little black pepper powder. Do not forget to salt. We mix everything.

- Then pour approximately 200 ml of water. Pour 1 tbsp. l with a hill of flour. Stir thoroughly. As soon as the gravy begins to boil, pour another 300 ml of water.

- When the sauce boils again, remove the pan from the heat and pour the meatballs in the mold.

- We heat the oven to 180-200ºС and set the form in it. We are waiting for the meatballs to be ready - this is 40-45 minutes. Delicate, juicy meatballs go well with any side dish.
