- Thoroughly rinse with running water 500 g of chicken liver, then throw it in a colander to get rid of excess moisture.

- We cut out the veins and other unnecessary parts, and then beat off each piece with a kitchen hammer.

- Pour about 100 g of wheat flour onto a flat plate, then carefully roll the prepared liver into it.

- Pour in a heated pan 30-40 ml of vegetable oil and wait a few seconds until it warms up. We spread the liver, boned in flour, onto hot oil and fry it on both sides until a golden crust appears. A few minutes before cooking, salt and pepper the liver of the bird, focusing on your own taste. Spread the fried product on a paper towel to remove excess fat.

- We clean one onion of medium size, wash it, and then finely chop it with a knife.

- Four large champignons are divided in half, and then cut into thin plates.

- We send the crushed mushrooms and onion to another pan, pre-pouring 20-30 ml of vegetable oil into it. Fry the ingredients over medium heat until the mushrooms are fully cooked and onions appear transparent.

- Separately, we prepare the sauce: mix in one container 100 g of sour cream, 40 ml of soy sauce and mix everything thoroughly until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.

- We divide one medium-sized tomato into two equal parts, and then cut into thin slices.

Cooking
- Put slices of fried liver in a deep glass bowl.

- On top we form a layer of a mixture of mushrooms and onions.

- On top of the mushrooms spread the slices of tomato.

- Finally, fill everything with cooked sour cream sauce.

- We cover the product with a lid and send it to the oven preheated to 180-190 ° С. Bake the dish for 30-40 minutes.

- Meanwhile, finely chop a small bunch of parsley.

- We take the cooked treat from the oven and sprinkle it with chopped herbs.

- Allow to cool slightly and serve.
