Step cooking
- Rinse 700 g of chicken liver, drain excess fluid, you can use a strainer or colander. Cut the liver in half, if desired, remove fat.

- Mix 1.5 tsp. salt and 0.5 tsp curry, sprinkle the resulting chopped liver mixture, mix.

- Sift through a sieve 100 g of wheat flour and sprinkle with it the liver, mix. This will preserve the juiciness of the liver and add density to the sauce.

- Take a large frying pan, heat 3-4 tablespoons on it. l vegetable oil. Put the prepared liver in one layer.

- Fry the liver over medium heat without a lid for 2-3 minutes. Turn the liver over and let fry on the other side. Peel and chop 2 medium onions into thin rings and add to the liver after turning. Let fry for 2-3 minutes.

- Rinse 300 g of champignon mushrooms and cut into thin slices.

- Send the chopped mushrooms after the onion. Fry the liver with onions and mushrooms for another 2 minutes and add 2 tbsp. l ketchup, 100 g of water and 500 g of sour cream.

- Mix well and bring to a boil.

- After boiling, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes over low heat.

- When the dish is ready, remove the pan from the heat and add 0.5 tsp. black pepper and 50 g chopped herbs. Serve the liver with mashed potatoes. Put mashed potatoes in a plate, make a deepening, and put a stump in it along with the sauce. Sprinkle with herbs. Liver with mushrooms ready, bon appetit.

Cooking recommendations
- In this way you can cook any liver, but chicken is the softest and most tender.
- The finished liver has a pinkish tint and no blood.
- Instead of ketchup, you can use tomato paste, reducing the amount to 1 tbsp. l or chopped tomato.
- This dish goes well with any side dishes, such as rice, buckwheat, pasta or spaghetti.
- If you don't like curry, replace it with other spices to your liking.
