Ingredients
- Chicken legs - 1 kg
 - Seasoning for meat - to taste
 - Salt to taste
 - Vegetable oil - for frying
 - Onion - 1 pc.
 - Garlic - 3-4 cloves
 - Milk - 100 ml
 - Cream 30% - 200 ml
 - Hard cheese - 150 g
 
Step cooking
- Sprinkle portioned chicken with seasoning for meat, if salt is not included in it, add salt.

 - We heat the pan, pour a little vegetable oil into it. We lay out the pieces of chicken and fry them on both sides (for 2-3 minutes) until golden brown. Then close the pan with a lid and keep on low heat for about 15 minutes.

 - Finished meat is removed from the pan.

 - Finely chop the onion and spread it on the pan, in which there is fat from the meat.

 - To this we add 3-4 cloves of garlic, passed through the garlic, and fry until golden.

 - Pour 100 ml of milk to the onion. We also add 200 ml of cream.

 - Rub on a fine grater 150 g of hard cheese. We spread the cheese in a boiled milk-creamy-onion mass.

 - In the boiling sauce, put the meat, close the lid and simmer under the lid for 10 minutes, so that the chicken is saturated with a fragrant tender sauce.
