Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 kg
- Potato - 6 pcs.
- Mozzarella Cheese - 300 g
- Parmesan Cheese - 150 g
- Canned Pineapples - 300 g
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Suneli hops - 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - ½ tsp.
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l
Step cooking
- Take 1 kg of chicken, beat it a little with the blunt side of the knife, and then cut into 1 cm long slices. Peel 6 large potatoes and cut it into large strips of the same size.

- Grate 150 g of Parmesan cheese on a coarse grater. Thin slices slice 300 g of mozzarella cheese. Open a jar of pineapple and drain the juice. If the pineapples are sliced, cut them into cubes about 1 cm. Pickle the potatoes by adding ½ tsp to it. salt, ½ tsp black pepper, 1 tsp hops-suneli and 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil. Mix everything.

- Add ½ tsp to the meat. salt, 1 tsp Italian herbs.

- Take a small baking sheet or baking dish with sides.

- Put the potatoes in a mold, then a layer of chopped meat.

- Put chopped pineapples on the meat.

- Sliced mozzarella on top of pineapples.

- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 30-40 minutes.

- Remove the pan from the oven, sprinkle grated Parmesan on top and put it back in the oven for 20 minutes.

- The dish is ready, serve hot. Enjoy your meal.
