Ingredients

| red lentils | 250 g |
| potatoes | 2 pcs. |
| carrot | 1 PC. |
| leek | 1 PC. |
| tomato paste | 1 tbsp. l |
| olive oil | 150 ml |
| butter | 150 g |
| drinking water | 3 l |
| salt | pinch |
| black pepper | pinch |
| sweet paprika | 1 tsp |
| mint | 0.5 tsp |
Step cooking
- We put a deep pan on the stove and pour 150 ml of olive oil into it.

- Randomly chop 1 onion, 1 carrot and 2 potatoes. We send them to the pan and fry a little.

- To vegetables, add 1 tbsp. l tomato paste and mix the ingredients well.

- We wash 250 g of lentils and pour it into a pan to the fried vegetables.

- Pour 3 liters of water so that all products are completely covered.

- We mix the ingredients, add a pinch of salt and black pepper to them.

- We cover the pan with a lid and cook the soup for 30 minutes over medium heat.

- After half an hour, grind all the ingredients with a blender so that you get mashed potatoes.

- Send 150 g butter, 1 tsp to a preheated frying pan. sweet paprika and 0.5 tsp. peppermint.

- We mix everything, and as soon as the oil has completely melted, turn off the fire.

- Pour the soup into plates and add a tablespoon of cream sauce to it. The dish is ready!
