Ingredients
- chicken fillet - 600 g
 - milk 3.2% - 100 ml
 - white bread - 3 slices
 - garlic - 2 cloves
 - semolina - 2 tbsp. l
 - dill - a bunch
 
Step cooking
- We transfer 3 slices of white bread into a deep container and fill them with 100 ml of milk. Wash, dry and cut into large pieces 600 g of chicken.

 - Pass the prepared meat, bread and 2 cloves of garlic through a meat grinder.

 - Finely chop a bunch of dill and add it to the minced meat with 2 tbsp. l decoys.

 - There we add salt and ground pepper to taste. Mix the ingredients well and form cutlets from the resulting mass.

 - We put the patties on the form and cover them with cling film.

 - We put the form on a plate with water and send the patties to the microwave. We cook the dish for 7 minutes at full capacity.

 - Turn the patties on the other side, cover them again with foil and cook for another 5 minutes.
