| Ground black pepper | ½ tsp |
| Gelatin | 15 g |
| Mayonnaise | 2 tbsp. l |
| Salt | 1.5 tsp |
Step cooking
- Thoroughly wash the chicken under running water and dry it with a paper towel. Then separate the meat from the bones and cartilage, if present. It is recommended to leave the skin and soft veins. Cut the peeled chicken into pieces 0.5-1 cm long and wide. It is not worth chopping smaller or passing through a meat grinder, as the dish will lose its original structure.

- We spread the chicken into a deep bowl and add 8 cloves of garlic, passed through the press, to it. If you are not a big fan of this product, you can put a smaller amount, but it is garlic that will make the finished dish a sausage with its taste and aroma.

- To the chicken also add 2 tbsp. l mayonnaise, ⅓ st. l ready seasoning for chicken and ½ tsp. ground black pepper. Add salt carefully, as it is already present in the seasoning. Mix the ingredients.

- After that, add to the dish 15 g of powdered gelatin. Thanks to him, the shape of the finished sausage will be held. Gelatin does not need to be pre-soaked - just pour it into the chicken and mix.

- We spread a portion of the prepared minced meat on the cling film and wrap it tightly in several layers. If the film is too small, there is a risk that it will tear and leak during baking. Wrap the sausages in a food film in foil, put it on a baking sheet and send it to the oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 1 hour.

- After the lapse of time we take out sausages, but we are not in a hurry to unwrap them and eat them - they are not ready yet. Let the sausages cool at room temperature, and then put them in the refrigerator for 7-8 hours (at night). After this time, chicken ready-to-eat chicken sausages will be waiting for you. We serve them with a side dish, on sandwiches, with any white or tomato sauce.
