Step cooking
- Turn on the oven for heating, setting the temperature to 180 ° C. Defrost four steaks of coho salmon and remove excess moisture by patting the fish with paper towels.

 - Each steak of coho salmon on both sides is salt and pepper to taste.

 - Chop one medium onion with thin half rings.

 - At the bottom of the pan pour 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil, heat well and fry chopped onions until transparent.

 - Put the prepared onion in a separate cup and mix with 2 tbsp. l mayonnaise.

 - Dissolve a large tomato in circles of medium thickness.

 - Lightly grease the bottom of the pan or baking dish with 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil. Put salted and pepper coho salmon steaks on the oiled bottom.

 - Place tomato slices on top of red fish.

 - Portion fish steaks on top pour onion-mayonnaise mass.

 - Grate 100-120 g of hard cheese on a coarse grater, add to them the prepared red fish, and put in the oven. Increase the temperature inside the oven to 190 ° C, and bake a fish dish for 20 minutes.

 
Served in the oven baked coho salmon as an independent dish. It can be served with vegetable salad and tender greens - arugula, dill, leaves of a young salad. You can also serve a glass of dry white wine to the fish steaks baked with cheese if the red fish is preparing for a romantic dinner.
