Ingredients
- Pork ribs - 800 g
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Red bell pepper - 1 pc.
- Green pepper - 1 pc.
- Tomato Sauce - 300 g
- Round green beans - 300 g
- Potato - 1 kg
- Parsley - 1/2 bunch
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Black Peppercorns - 1 pinch
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Bay leaf - 2-3 pcs.
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
Step cooking
- First, put on a stove a cauldron or a large thick-walled pan. Pour about 50 ml of vegetable oil into it and start heating.

- Next, cut the ribs along the bone into portioned pieces.

- To check how much the oil has warmed up, dip the peeled garlic clove into it. As soon as the garlic is browned, take it out.

- We spread chopped ribs into the cauldron.

- After this, the ribs should be properly pepper, and also they need to be slightly added with salt. Stir and fry over high heat.

- While the meat is fried, we proceed to the preparation of vegetables. Peel 1 large onion from the husk and cut it into cubes.

- Peel the carrots, and then cut it into cubes about the same size as the onions.

- When the ribs are podzolotil on all sides, put in the cauldron chopped carrots and onions. Mix.

- Next, go to the pepper. Cut the stalk and pull out the seeds. Cut green and red peppers into small cubes.

- When the carrots become soft and the onion is translucent, put the chopped pepper into the cauldron. Mix.

- Then we clear the round green beans from the tails and cut it in half. If such a bean is not at hand or you simply do not like it, this ingredient can simply not be used.

- Pour tomato sauce into a cauldron and mix everything thoroughly.

- Peel the potatoes and cut into large pieces.

- Peeled potatoes and beans are sent to the cauldron. Add 1 tbsp. l salt and fill everything with boiled water. Add a pinch of black pepper with peas and a few bay leaves. Bring to a boil, and then simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes. To boil faster, close the cauldron with a lid.

- Peel a few cloves of garlic and finely chop them. Finely chop the parsley. Then we add greens and garlic to an almost ready dish.

- Serve such potatoes in hot form immediately after cooking. Enjoy your meal.
