Ingredients
- potatoes - 10 pcs.
 - onions - 1 pc.
 - minced meat - 600 g
 - water - 150 ml
 - sour cream 20% - 200 ml
 - ketchup - 1 tsp.
 - adjika - 1 tsp.
 - ground black pepper to taste
 - Italian herbs - 0.5 tsp
 - salt to taste
 
Step cooking
- We take 10 peeled and washed potatoes and, using a knife, cut out the core in them.

 - Finely chop 1 head of onion and fry it until golden. In a deep container, mix 600 g of minced meat, fried onions, 0.5 tsp. Italian herbs, as well as salt and black pepper to taste. All mix well.

 - We stuff each potato with the resulting meat mixture (if you have extra minced meat, meatballs can be formed from it).

 - In a deep container, mix 200 ml of sour cream, 1 tsp. ketchup and 1 tsp. acute adjika.

 - We spread the potatoes on a refractory form and pour it with the resulting sour cream sauce.

 - Also add 150 ml of water to the form.

 - Cover the potatoes with foil and send it to the oven preheated to 180 ° C for 1 hour 20 minutes.

 
Ready potatoes are very tender, juicy and fragrant. If desired, it can also be decorated with greens and grated cheese. Such a dish will look great on both everyday and holiday table.
