Ingredients
- Tomato - 3 pcs.
 - Zucchini - 600 g
 - Bulgarian pepper - 2 pcs.
 - Sour cream - 40 g
 - Milk - 5 tbsp. l
 - Egg - 2 pcs.
 - Hard cheese - 60 g
 - Ground black pepper - to taste
 - Salt to taste
 - Spices to taste
 
Step cooking
- Peel 600 g of zucchini and cut them into circles with a thickness of about 0.5 cm.

 - Cut 3 tomatoes in the same circles.

 - Rings cut 2 bell peppers.

 - In a baking dish, carefully spread the vegetables in vertical layers, alternating zucchini, tomatoes and peppers.

 - Salt and pepper vegetables to taste. Add your favorite spices.

 - Top with vegetables sour cream (need 40 g).

 - Break 2 eggs into a separate bowl. Pour in 5 tbsp. l milk. A little salt and pepper, beat with a fork. Grate 60 g of cheese on a fine grater.

 - Pour cheese over vegetables. Pour in egg-milk mixture.

 - We send the form to the oven, heated to 180ºC, for 30 minutes.

- Serve the dish better hot, with sour cream or your favorite sauce.
 - Bell pepper for beauty is better to take different colors.
